High Density New Housing – Towards Zero Carbon
Manchester’s ambition is to become one of the leading green cities in Europe. Following a series of consultation events, those ambitions will be debated at the Mayor’s Green Summit this week, more details here. Housing is responsible for 27% of our carbon emissions and by 2050 Manchester wishes to see all our new and existing stock with very low or zero output and running on clean energy.
